False.

Louisiana outpaces Los Angeles, New York and all others in 2013 film production, study shows | NOLA.com

New Orleans now exceeds every other city.

The article also states that it does not take in consideration "televison film production."

I also think that the infrastructure investment in Georgia will create a huge surge once several of these huge production and studios projects have been completed.
Like for instamce Pinewood Studios.

Neither. "The new Hollywood" is far-fetched, as Hollywood is composed of more than just filmmaking.

I would definitely say Atlanta. There are several new movie studios that have sprang up there and many television productions based in the city. Not to mention it's the music industry's third home after New York and LA. New Orleans is great but it's not the same level as Atlanta right now.
