100 Black Owned Restaurants and Bars in New York City and Brooklyn - I Don't Do Clubs

25 Black Owned Restaurants and Bars in Washington, DC - I Don't Do Clubs

Most of them are in Black neighborhoods, so yes. Though I wouldn't say it's always so explicit.
