I don't even think it would be possible for Frankfurt to have 25% of LA's millionaires. It isn't even the richest city in Germany, and has around 600k in the city and a few million in the metro.

480 people have more than $30 million in Fresno? And they choose to stay in Fresno? Almost half of the total ultra-high wealth people in Miami(which you assume if this for metro areas and would include Miami Beach, would be much more).
