I'd have to go Minneapolis>Denver>Portland. TBH I think all three get a tad overrated on here. Minneapolis less so than Denver and Portland.

Same here. Adding that I lived in Portland for nearly forty years and have been gone from there for five. Frankly, today it would not even be on my list.

I haven't been to Denver since the 70's so I really can't judge but I have been to Mpls fairly recently and was very impressed. That would be my pick over over the other two.
