Winston-Salem is perennially overlooked...Destin, Biloxi, Macon, but no W-S? Honestly most of those listed didn't need to be.

Charlotte is the clear answer, with Austin, Tampa, Nashville, Orlando a close 2nd 3rd 4th 5th.

San Antonio has the largest corporate base of all these cities and has the most F500(6), economy wise it is one of the strongest if not the strongest with the most diversified economy.

San Antonio does not have a larger corporate base or more F500 headquarters than Charlotte.

S.A. now has 6 F500 and many large scale private companies that are just as large.
