It seems like these 2 conferences both have great college towns. I'm wondering overall which conference has the better college towns based on
1. Walk ability
2. Entry level jobs for young recent college graduates.
3. Night life
4. Scenery
5. Dating Scene
6. Potential for future growth
7. Quality of the local universities
8. Best for young families

The largest university in the USA is located in Tempe, AZ.

Sunshine and palm trees.

Tans are the rule !

Spent some time at Boulder (CU) and West Lafayette (Purdue). Visited many of the others. I prefer PAC from what I've seen so far. Madison does make an impressive statement for the Big Ten, though.

OK - let me do my best to break this down:

BIG 10 Wins: Nightlife, Dating Scene, Quality of local universities

Pac 12 Wins: Best For Young Families, Scenery

Tie: Walkability, Entry level jobs for young graduates, Potential for future growth

The B10 has the better grouping of true college towns

The Pac-12 has the better group of cities overall
