Agree, the difference is subtle between these cities. If I had to pick between them, I'd throw a dart at the map while blindfolded.

After thinking about quite a lot, this is what I came out with.

1. Cleveland
2. MIlwaukee
3. St. Louis
4. Cincy
5. Indy
6. KC
7. Kansas City

everybody hates Indy.... most underrated city in the midwest. IMO the downtown is spectacuilar, but the city in all still lacks..

Cleveland wins in every mentioned category except maybe nightlife. STL or Columbus might win that category.

Kansas City.
Milwaukee.
Cleveland.
Cincinnati.
Columbus.
Indianapolis.
St. Louis.

Is Minneapolis too big for this mid-major thing? Otherwise, it'd be top.

Ya I thought about MInneapolis but with the combination of St. Paul it is a very, large combined statistical area. Plus I honestly think this and Detroit are on a whole other level. Idk

Detroit and the Minneapolis MSAs are much larger than the cities listed. That, would put them on another level.
