Are we talking only about the cities in the poll? Per capita wise, college towns would probably still have the advantage on Atlanta and Raleigh-Durham.
Richmond is practically a college town. Only Austin and rival it, in terms of the role that the university plays in the city. Note: I’m excluding Raleigh-Durham, because it’s multiple cities with multiple universities. You can’t adequately assess the impact that THE university has on THE city
That's a pretty definitive statement to make. In what ways could this be objectively assessed?
Charleston and Columbia, SC and Nashville, TN would have to be up there, but since they aren't, Raleigh/Durham.
