Also, there is Richmond.

And the seven cities metro (Va beach) which alone would give Orlando a decent fight, cut the foolishness.
There is a reason Orlando is a bigger tourist destination than Washington DC.

Yes Orland singlehandedly beats the state of Virginia when it comes to choosing a vacation.

If the OP has kids, sure. But as a single adult DC area (Arlington and Alexandria alone) offers more, then they can hit VA beach too. It’s not really a contest. Nova and VA beach, he’ll practically wonder into DC from NOVA.

And still, it’s just ridiculous to compare. VA is much bigger than Orlando metro.

Oh, I forgot about Fairfax lol. I think people tend to forget about VA’s big city regions. It’s not all Roanoke type towns.

Some people prefer fun at amusement parks over museums. Has nothing to do with being tacky.

First and foremost, Washington DC is NOT "part" of VA, the District of Columbia is it's own independent district totally separate from VA. If you ask a Washingtonian who lives IN the city of Washington DC where they live the answer is DC, not VA or MD.

Also, to compare a small sleepy city like Richmond or VA Beach to a major world-class city like Orlando is laughable. It is apples to oranges. Not sure what is so difficult to understand about that.

Did you intentionally misquote him? Because it's easy to see that he said "part of VA is the DC metro," which is obviously true, not "DC is part of VA." Come on now...

Universal Orlando's one😜.

So in all seriousness that description is a bit of a stretch but please tell me what it lacks. Especially compared to any pace in the entire Commonwealth of Virginia?

In comparison to Richmond or VA Beach. Orlando is a MAJOR city with world-class amenities and attractions, that is what I am referring to.

Exactly. I'd like to see someone point out what Orlando is lacking that "world class cities" have.
