God, I regret I even used this as an example, especially since I was comparing it to Beale Street and that point seems to have gotten lost big time. You think Beale Street attracts more Black professionals on a random weekend?
On a random weekend, I don’t know about Beale. But Honestly, CIAA is not a scene for Buppies on a large scale. I feel like you know this.

I will say Charlotte has more buppy- oriented events throughout their core than Memphis. It’s much larger though.

I'd say it is. HBCU tournaments/homecomings are among the largest events that draw lots of buppies and CIAA is almost like a hybrid. It's not a buppies-only type event like CBC weekend, but there are still plenty there.
