Montgomery and Bergen's Asian populations are about equally diverse (Montgomery's is about 50% Chinese and Indian, while Bergen's is just over 50% Korean and Indian). Middlesex's Asian population is clearly the least diverse (Indian-dominated), but is proportionally the largest.
But Fairfax is definitely the most East/Southeast Asian suburban county on the East Coast (and possibly outside of California).
The Asian diversity is where I think Fairfax separates itself a lot here, especially for a "East Coast" county. It absolutely crushes the others, with exceptions to the Indian population in Middlesex County, NJ and the Chinese population in Montgomery County, MD.

However, they probably wouldn't have the breadth of international diversity that the east coast suburban counties mentioned here do.
That's fine, appreciate the information.
Starting to wonder where Nassau County, NY would fit here now .
Well that is quite a lot. I suppose OP was looking for the most international county not necessarily the most diverse. I guess in that sense Fairfax wins.

Well, Montgomery, Broward, Bergen and Middlesex have an even higher proportion of foreign-born individuals.

Yeah definitely. Middlesex county is really monolithic in its Asian population since its Indian population really dominates.
Fairfax has an Asian population that more resembles a large west coast suburban county (but with fewer Pacific Islanders).
Fairfax is pretty unique for a large east coast county in that its Asians, Hispanics and Foreign-Born blacks account for 40% of the population while native-born blacks account for only 7% of the population. It's quite an anomaly for an East Coast county. Bergen county, NJ is similar in this respect.
Fairfax County doesn't really demographically resemble either the Northern or the Southern US; it seems a bit more like the outer parts of Toronto demographically, but with more Hispanics and fewer Asians.
Montgomery County has a larger native-born black population that reminds you that you're in the Eastern US.
