68 days into the year, Norfolk had its first murder...
Charlotte now at 27/3.14; Richmond at 9/3.16...
Newport News also had its first murder around the same time. Said they didn't go on a streak like that since 2016, though in Norfolk's case, I don't think its happened even in the last decade. Hopefully we see more of these "streaks" throughout the year, but the weather will be warm soon...

Harvey is a city of 25,000 just 2 miles south of Chicago. It's currently leading the county in murders per capita(20/100k). Has suffered from crime and severe corruptions for more than three decades now. My hometown needs a miracle.
Pittsburgh is holding steady at 4. A body was found a couple of days ago in our Larimer neighborhood, though. No confirmation as of yet as to whether or not that will be our 5th. I'll keep us posted!
Jacksonville- 37 homicides, 27 of which have been classified as murder (some pending and 2 ruled justified)
Tampa- 7
St Pete- 4
Orlando- 3
Central Florida minus Orlando- 41
Palm beach county- 44
Baltimore-56
Chicago-60 (goes to show how bad Baltimore really is considering Chicago has an extra 2.1 million ppl)
