I'm curious where you guys get the numbers for Cleveland. They seem right but CPD from trying to look in the past doesn't publish the numbers and outlets like cleveland.com and the TV sites usually dont bother to track until late summer when the city starts closing in on 100.
25 when inching closer to the halfway point has to be near a 60 year low (maybe the late 90s being close). Would be huge if this sustains.
