I consider all of these states to be gems, but at this point in life I'd have to say Washington.

I could see myself living in either WA or OR and I really like CO too and PA offers a lot as well, but I voted for Oregon.

Out of the five I'd pick Colorado as it has the most sunny days, and it's beautiful to boot.

Of those given, Oregon. But in my opinion Missouri is best followed by Texas then Arkansas.
