I saw that--this is incredible for the downtown area and its growth. I think Publix is opening in the next month or so. Then Whole Foods early next year.

With many new luxury towers being built, including the 4 Seasons, this is a must for downtown Nashville. Huge wins!

Austin already has Whole Foods, & Traders Joes at the western end of downtown as well as several small urban grocery markets scattered across the downtown area. What I would like to see Austin get is a centralized grocery market like HEB. With all the residential and hotel towers going up, it's only going to be a matter of time before one pops up.

Denver has a King Soopers (Kroger) dt at Chestnut Street and 20th Street in the CBD; also a KS at Speer Boulevard and 14th Ave, plus a Safeway at 22nd Ave and Washington just outside of downtown.

Downtown San Antonio has H.E.B. SoFlo Market, Royal Blue Grocery, Blue Star Grocery and Hippo Grocery. There is also a Walgreens and CVS Riverwalk. Lots of convenience stores scattered around the CBD. A multi-story H.E.B. urban grocery store located in the Central Downtown Loop opened a couple years ago. Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Central Market are located in the Olmos Park, Terrel Hills, Alamo Heights area which is not far from the CBD.
