What you'll see is the denser areas emptying out and suburban areas continue to fill out, with exurban areas getting more growth too. You'll see some small towns within 90 minutes to 2 hours from major cities also experience a lot of growth.

I always thought it was so funny how people would say working remotely won't be permanent and it can never replace in-person meetings. No it can't completely replace in-person meetings, but it can replace most of them! People enjoy using their commute time for more sleep instead or to catch up on work a little earlier. People like being able to do 8 hours of work in 3 hours at home and just wiggle their mouse every few minutes (or just run a powerpoint presentation in the background) so their laptop doesn't sleep.

It has certainly changed the game and rush hour traffic won't ever be the same because of it.

I think younger people without kids will still be attracted to the city to be around many amenities but suburban living is becoming more popular. The riots attached to the protests aren't helping cities either.

Thanks for doing that Craziaskowboi. I would love for more people to do that on this thread.

I know Pittsburgh gets overlooked a lot on threads about diversity given its one of the less diverse metro areas, but its still good to see.

They don't - they're in the Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander category as per the US Census Bureau.
