Mexican border towns have such low rates. San Diego, Chula Vista, El Paso, Laredo, Tucson (close). Still say immigration does more to reduce homicide than gentrification, politicians, gun buybacks, etc.

New York City is at 61 but overall crime is up 17% it been trending down due to cornavirus before it was up 26% earlier in month

Los Angeles is at 45

Chicago is at 90 same time in 2019 it was 61
