Frisco's avg household income is aprox $112k a year and its proximity to jobs probably explains the bubble its in despite the landscape not being the prettiest in the country. For what it's worth there are plenty of affluent areas in the country in barren landscape. Look at Chandler AZ for example.

Frisco (or Phrisceaux) has been a darling for nearly 2 decades now. It's one of the most overhyped burbs of DFW. It's a mall, an IKEA, a few stadiums, an office park, a metric ton of chain restaurants, and overpriced cookie cutter McMansions everywhere. It's a thousand miles from nowhere and looks like the middle of Kansas.

Makes well-landscaped million dollar homes in Seattle with views of the Cascade mountains or Puget Sound, yet are still 15 minutes from Amazon HQ in downtown look cheap.
