The Main Line, Pennsylvania for sure. One of the most charming suburban areas in the nation. Definitely a top 5 if not top 3.

Add to that Oak Park, Forest Park, Berwyn and Cicero as well.

University City and Maplewood Missouri outside of St. Louis. I have also fallen in love with Webster Groves and Kirkwood has a unique vibe as well (in a upscale way). Ferguson is a place to watch.
