Bro why don't you just move to Richmond? Lol its clear you have an affinity for the city, and I know you've been at least several times. Trust me, living there is more fruitful than can be adequately described and if you spend time as an actual resident you'll find that, while Richmond isn't 'above' comparison to Carolina cities, it will become clear to you why comparisons to Carolina cities are difficult to reason...

Richmond by ten miles...
