They're both nice in their own ways, but I would prefer Denver. Mountains are more stunning to look at IMO. Miami is flat. And I never cared much for water views.
I'm gonna go with Denver, but it's close. I know most people like seeing Palm Trees for scenery, but to me personally I don't get the appeal. It really comes down to the beach vs. mountains. And that's tough, but I'll give the edge to Denver here.
