Boston is clear answer. This is Boston’s strength - biotech

Moderna is in Cambridge and vaccine is 95% effective and about to get emergency use
Pfizer hq is New York but labs in Cambridge plus the company that they are working with is Biontech - us headquarters is Cambridge
These two are ahead of the pack and should be available this year
Next in line
Johnson and Johnson is working with Beth Israel in Boston. - Beth Israel developed technology for the vaccine

Nah, Seattle is where it originally landed. However NYC was the original epicenter hotbed in North America.
