Miami

"No glamorous list is complete without the Magic City. Dotted with celebrity residences, supercars, colorful Art Deco architecture, and stunning beaches, Miami is the shining star of the Sunshine State. The city comes fifth in the worldwide rankings for most five-star hotels—behind only New York in the United States—and its port is a hub for luxury cruises and international shipping. From its high-end Design District to the brightly-hued Little Havana to the glittering Brickell financial center, Miami promises a rich and distinct experience to all comers."

Luxury brands license their marquis names to condos in Miami.

Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Cipriani, Baccarat, Missoni, Fendi, Armani and just recently Dolce & Gabbana are among names that have sold rights to their prestigious brands to Miami real estate developments.

“Miami, much like Dubai, is a global city that likes its bling,” said Chris Graham, the founder of the London-based luxury real estate branding consultancy Graham Associates. “It’s also an epicenter of hotel-branded residences that have done very well so it’s an attractive setting for other luxury brands to extend into the living space.”
