Gulfport, MS. Many interesting attractions and nice beaches.
La Jolla, CA or Clearwater, FL?
La Jolla, I have more interest in visiting the San Diego area than the Tampa area. I've been to 2 other major cities in both of their states, but not these two.

Baltimore, MD or Sacramento, CA?
Honestly of these 2 cities, Baltimore. I know it's declined in a lot of neighborhoods, and is often described as the 'Saint Louis of the east' due to how certain neighborhoods have declined, but I'd still like to visit this city for once myself. Mainly to see the Camden Yards ballpark, it's neighborhoods, and the Edgar Allen Poe house. Finally, Baltimore's Fells Point neighborhood looks nice when I've street viewed it myself in the past.
I suspect Sacramento probably is nice to visit too, but I don't know as much about that city.
Early(within the US) Spanish settlements: Saint Augustine, FL, or Santa Fe, NM?

Santa Fe looks much more interesting. I have been to St. Augustine and it is highly overrated. Once you get out of the downtown area it is strip centers and payday loan type of places. I would like to see the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road, and Santa Fe Opera House.

Louisville, KY or Columbus, OH?
Louisville for me, I’ve been to Ohio but I’ve never been to Kentucky, now I don’t really know much about the two but I get a sense that Louisville might have more interesting sites and more history to see, I’ve always wanted to visit Kentucky, not so much Louisville but Kentucky looks like a gorgeous state. Very underrated probably. Louisville slugger museum would be high on my list to visit.

Indianapolis or Pittsburgh?
Pittsburgh.
Indianapolis does nothing for me. Pittsburgh looks like a pretty city, with the river and all the bridges. Unique at the very least. The food scene in Pittsburgh interests me slightly more than Indianapolis. There also seem to be more natural beauty to be found around Pittsburgh when compared to Indianapolis.

Hanover, NH or Chattanooga, TN
Chattanooga. Has more that interests me overall. For zoos and museums, St. Louis or Kansas City?
Charlottesville because I've never been there and I heard it's a nice town. Oklahoma City or Omaha?
I have no doubt that there are interesting things to see and do in Omaha, but other than the Bob Kerrey Bridge, I can't think of what those might be, off hand. But Oklahoma City has several sites that I've visited and enjoyed, and there are several others that I'd like to see but haven't gotten around to yet. So, OKC it is.
Gateways to national parks, but assume that you can only visit the cities themselves, not the nearby national parks that have put them on the map: Bar Harbour, ME or Bozeman, MT?
