Flint is at 56 homicides until November 7th, a 22% increase over the same period last year: link. With a population of 81.252(census data) this gives a homicide rate of 68.9.

Rochester NY just reached 70 after a double homicide last night, the most in the city's history. That gives the city a homicide rate of 33/100K so far this year.

Man shot to death in Boston Hyde Park neighborhood at Ross Field (sub neighborhood). https://www.universalhub.com/crime/2...ound-hyde-park

This comes 3 days after two kids ages 12 and 13 were asked ”where you from” after attending a sleepover. The man who asked the question came back and shot them in a drive by. This is at least the 4th shooting within a block of the playground since October 10th
