The question is simple. Which major southern city has the best and most useful network of trails?

Is this one of those polls designed for Atlanta to win? I'd pick Austin over Houston and Dallas. Not sure about Miami.

I foresee this thread being deleted at some point.. The Atlanta vs Texas threads always end up with unreasonable bickering in the end.

Looks like Atlanta is walking away with the win.

Are you saying Atlanta is the only major city in the south with a trail network? I hoped to learn about the trails of the other cities in this thread but if Atlanta's that ahead then nvm. Never been to Austin but if their trails are that ahead of the bigger Texas cities I'll make a different thread.

The greenway trails in Charlotte are quite nice and extensive, I'm surprised it wasn't included. But my vote here goes to Atlanta.

Wish I knew this before. I have family in the area but finding trails in cities you visit isn't very easy when you're stuck in certain locations (I was in Union County). I'll make more trail threads in the future (including northern and western cities).
