I wasn’t sure if this was a serious question or not since Miami/SoFla arguably has the best and most consistent winter weather on the continental United States along with very comfortable ocean temperatures not requiring a wetsuit whereas Vegas can get downright chilly/below freezing.
Vegas is in a high desert which gets cold at times in the Winter. If you look at weather forecasts, the whole state of Nevada is very cold in the Winter, with any bit of warmth being in the far southern tip where LV is. I'd say LV winters are close to what you'd see in DFW or possibly Austin daytime highs, but with colder average low temps though.

Dallas is actually warmer than Las Vegas on average in the coldest month of the year by a degree. Austin is significantly warmer than Las Vegas in winter.
Here are the temps for the coldest month of the year for each city. LV's coldest month is December, while Dallas and Austin's coldest month is January.
Austin is warmer in every month of the winter (Dec, Jan, Feb, and Mar) than Las Vegas. I know that's probably hard for some people to believe, but it's true.
By the way, this poll is a joke. Unless you like colder weather, there is no comparison. Miami is consistently in the mid 70's during the whole winter with a fair share of low 80's.

I don’t think it’s hard to believe given LV’s altitude and latitude vs Austin.
