Virginia Beach is a former county that has grown to become the largest city in Virginia based on population. The city is considered one of the main cities in the Hampton Roads/Tidewater area of Virginia along with Norfolk. This is a little tough.

Culture/History - Ocean City
Geography - Ocean City or Myrtle Beach
Entertainment - Myrtle Beach
Economy/Industry - Jacksonville
Size/Growth - Jacksonville or Raleigh
Politics - Jacksonville

I guess I'll go with Jacksonville. Both cities are coastal, fairly conservative, and military-oriented.

If Charleston still had its naval base, it would've been a good option. But I'll go with Jacksonville.

I went with Jacksonville. It’s sort of like what you’d get if Jacksonville and Ocean City had a baby.
