Which of these two cities has better drivers? Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX?

1. Which city has less road rage?
2. Which city has less horn honking?
3. Which city are you less likely to get a gun pulled on you?
4. Which city has less aggressive drivers?
5. Which city has more chill and laid back drivers?

I am asking because I am traveling to Dallas in August and I'd like to know if it's easy to drive in Dallas. Driving in Phoenix lately has become really hard. The drivers out here are very fast, aggressive, and if they don't want to let you in and you switch lanes, you get cut off and almost get into a major wreck. I've been flipped off multiple times and had people flick their lights at me for driving the speed limit. Is it the same in Dallas or are the drivers less aggressive and more polite? I also have been hit twice in Phoenix too. It's become really scary driving here lately. I really love Phoenix a lot, and the city is great, but boy the drivers make me really scared to even leave my apartment with my car. I also have a ton of anxiety and drink a ton of caffeine a lot too, so it could be that as well.

I haven't lived in a city or been in a city that is nice to drive in. Especially a huge city like Dallas.

I'm just wondering overall how Phoenix compares to Dallas in driving. I've always heard driving is worse in Dallas, but it could be just like driving in Phoenix.

Driving is driving. It's going to be hectic in Dallas too.

Limit your freeway time. That's primarily where the radical drivers are and it's rare to see anyone actually going the speed limit. And yes, Phoenix drivers speed like crazy and are aggressive. I usually go about 5-8 over the speed limit which is pretty much what the flow of traffic does on the main arterial streets. On the freeways, almost everyone goes at least 10 over the speed limit.

Yeah, the drivers here are aggressive. At least they don't drive extremely fast like they do in California. California probably has worse drivers, especially Los Angeles. I remember having to drive over 80 to keep up with the flow of traffic. I'm hoping Dallas drivers don't drive like in LA.

Haven’t spent enough time in Phoenix but Dallas is on another level when it comes to impatient and fast drivers. I’ve been passed like I’m standing still while doing 80 on I-20 and I-635.

Wow, that almost sounds like LA. That means I have to be careful driving in Dallas.

If people in Dallas drive like Texans do in Houston, then yes Dallas has worse drivers

I can’t speak for Phoenix but Dallas has very aggressive drivers & road rage is a big problem.
