I've never been to any and I'd say Anchorage is by far the most intriguing (since it's so different).
If you'd indulge me, I'd select a fourth option, Duluth, MN, as it seems like a gorgeous, historical city with immense nature. Also never been to this one but on paper I'd choose it to live in over the others.
