Hi guys

How would you rank these cities from least to most progressive (least progressive meaning trying to keep traditional values). As these are not big, mainstream cities, I'd like to know your thoughts around this

- Green Bay
- Oxnard, CA
- Asheville
- Grand Rapids
- Vancouver, WA
- Fort Wayne
- Pittsburgh
- Spokane

Greatly appreciated.

All will be pretty progressive in the city. I can't think of a city that won't be.

If I had to take my best shot at it.

Very Liberal
Asheville
Oxnard CA

Liberal
Pittsburgh
Vancouver WA

Liberal Lean
Green Bay
Spokane

Conservative Lean
Fort Wayne

You forgot Grand Rapids, I guess that would go in Liberal Lean or Conservative Lean.

Yeah if you arent hung up on progressive people and if it doesnt bother you i would chose Grand Rapids, Pittsburgh or Asheville out of those.

You will be able to find any niche. So i wouldnt worry about that.. but if you are really offended being around progressive people, you only really have Fort Wayne as an option and that is a pretty awful city.

Thanks dude, do you have a recommendation then to replace Fort Wayne with a city that's not "pretty awful". I know you said conservative cities are practically non-existent but what's the closest I can get?

I'm not so sure that I'd call Spokane necessarily progressive. While its city is clearly more progressive than its outskirts like nearly all American cities, its county regularly votes red in presidential elections.
