A quintuple shooting in the middle of downtown Norfolk last night leaves 1 dead, 4 others injured. Brings its total to 12.

As we inch closer to April, seems that's when all the large scale shootings start to happen. 9 people were shot yesterday across HR, 7 of those being in Norfolk.
