My guess would be the South.

From personal experience, it’s between the Northeast and South, but it totally comes down to where you are within each region.

“New South” cities (Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami) are marginally more accepting than the major Northeast cities. From there it goes something like this:

Northeast suburbs > South suburbs > Rural Northeast >>>>>>> Rural South

The South and Midwest are both tied imo. There's soo many black/white interracial all over the South, from big cities to rural areas it's common. Columbus, Minneapolis and Chicago are well known "chocolate/snow bunny" cities, huge amounts of black/white interracial dating happening there as well.

Probably the south where the black population is spread out into rural areas too.

I can't say which is more accepting but I certainly see a lot more of them in the South than in the West Coast or Midwest.

Yeah it makes no sense, the West has a black population of barely 6% and has the lowest percentage of black/white couples

This link provides some data, although somewhat dated;

Likes like Virginia and the DC metro in particular have high concentration. Also heavy military areas.

What does the lower percentage of black population have to do with it? The West and particularly the west coast also has a lower percentage of whites as well. I don’t think one has to do with the other. It’s just historically been a more open place and that is the more relevant factor IMO.
