Also, if Norfolk wasn't at 15 before, it sure is now. A VB man was found shot to death (didn't say how he died, but more than likely) inside a home on Sewells Point Rd.

So it comes out that the same guy responsible for the two in VB is also behind the Norfolk murder. Looks like HR has a serial killer on their hands.
