What kind of urban park are you talking about? Active urban parks built into the city fabric like these below or expansive parks with lots of open land like Millenium Park in Chicago or the National Mall in DC?

Lake Eola Park in Downtown Orlando definitely needs to be here. Overlooked because most don't even know it exists, but absolutely gorgeous.

Was more so refereing to the expansive large parks, but feel free to list the smaller ones built "into" the cities fabric.

Balboa is for sure high on this list just off the view alone. The only thing sucky about is parking is a damn nightmare.
