Some recently sold homes in Cookeville TN. With 10gig internet available even in the countryside, this area is becoming very popular for the WFH crowd with families.
I've found greatness in Naperville and decent in Lincoln Park for 600k. Boston seems to be pricier than NYC metro.
Yea mostly due to the higher taxes in the NYC metro. And greater density/development in suburban areas.
