Traffic: Hard to say; New Orleans probably worst(?)

Jacksonville (still not low, but it's a high crime bunch)

I'm just trying to find a way to put them all under one umbrella. Obviously New Orleans is Deep South, although it very much has its own unique flavor too.

Interesting that you ranked Jacksonville as No. 1 or 2 in half of all the categories, yet you ranked it No. 3 overall. Was there a low ranking in a particular category that you felt was weighted more heavily than some others?
