I think this is sort of the inverse of that: this game takes a show that may not be set in a particular city or state (or its setting is never identified clearly) then asks participants to name cities the show's characters and settings conjure up.
"Cheers," for instance, would definitely not qualify, for it is identified as set in Boston. Similarly, neither "Frasier" nor "Mary Tyler Moore" would qualify.
I thought Sha Na Na was a rock group rather than a TV show. But New Jersey comes to mind. They have the New Jersey attitude and style.
