Orlando has nothing on Houston and Dallas. You could probably rank Dallas ahead of SF.

Like in Rush and Oak? Nah. It's not that easy, even though there are more and more stores opeining in Chicago it is still far behind LA and NY. One of the reason is that the city does not have a real fashion business, there are no fashion magazines, shows or acclaimed designers located in Chicago. There is simply no market for that in this town.
Chicago has working-class blue-collar roots. The fashion is practical, every-day wear--work (casual office clothes since the 90's), leisure, etc. That's why you don't see the high-end shopping along Michigan Avenue (except for luxury department stores such as Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale's) instead of the little frontage of Rush and Oak. Did you notice Banana Republic has a large following there?
There is High end shopping along The mile look at this link It will tell you the list of luxury stores that are on the Mile and when you get on the site look fot specialty shops and also shopping centers and you will see all the highend stuff thats along the mile

Out of the cities listed I picked Houston. It was a very ignorant vote for me because I just picked at random. I am from Charlotte so I am more familiar with the South. I think Atlanta, however, should have been on the list. It also has incredible mix of great expensive shopping and bargains. But I hear if you can't get it from NYC, then you can't get it anywhere.

As a Floridian, I understand what you're sayin. But Orlando??? NO WAY Oralndo would EVER go before Houston and Dallas. Orlando is really booming, but it's not on Houston or Dallas level.
