That's true. It was sunny all day here today with a maximum temperature of 72 degrees.

BUT THE WEST COAST'S, economy is horrible right now (the entire nations is but, the East Coast is getting out of this recession faster than the West is) but I would choose L.A. if the economy wasn't so bad, and now I would choose D.C. which is stable...

I've lived in both, and love them both for different reasons. The weather is better in LA, though - can't stand that DC humidity.

I should be moving to DC soon, but I love LA as well. The reason that it is so hard to vote for this is because they are NOTHING alike. They both has so many positives though.

I HATE cold weather. I'm a wuss about it.(Surprisingly since I live in Milwaukee) Not only is LA warmer though, but it is sunny 330 days of the year. In my opinion, that just makes people happier. It makes me want to be outside and get stuff done.

In DC though, I love the architecture. The density is nice too. I like being able to walk everywhere I need to go. The Metro is amazing and takes me most places that I need to be. The proximity to everything in the Northeast is nice, as it the immediate DC Metro area.

It's really a toss up for me. They are both so different, but are two of my favorite cities.

L.A. to enjoy life. D.C. to work. It's hard to choose but they're good cities to live and work.
