Most major western cities besides Seattle and SF.. Denver is decent.

Albuquerque, Phoenix, San Jose, and Los Angeles have pathetic skylines.

It's a tie between Phoenix and San Jose for the worst considering their size.. I know cities with a population of 250K with better skylines.

For a metropolitan area of 550,000 I think Scranton Pa. though it has a sister metropolitan city named Wilkes-Barre, Pa. I do not have a picture though...maybe I can find one on flickr and figure out how to post it...LOL......ScranBarre if you read this help me out...Thanx.

For it's size, probably Tuscon, Arizona or El Paso, Texas.
