- a medium-to-large sized metro area (smaller than Chicago, bigger than Omaha)
- GREAT suburbs
- Great parks/outdoor opportunities/forests/hiking
- a yuppie vibe
- growing, vibrant economy (obviously the current recession makes that an almost moot point, but I don't want an economically dead town)
- a vibrant, young population
- good schools
- classy without being snooty
- family-friendly atmosphere
- good shopping
- CLEAN!!!
-Conservative politics
-good access to the country(side)
- beautiful midwestern autumns
- I'm NOT looking for a place with a big bar scene with lots of singles
-Culture: symphony, museum, etc.

For a Chicago analogy, I'm looking for more Naperville than Lincoln Park, Evanston, etc.

What would you suggest?
Based on your information, Columbus looks like the best fit.
