SF may be the most diverse since its a city/county. That being said Denver would also be a fairly diverse city since its also its own county and a minority/majority. Any other city/county cities out there that we can factor?

This should give people an estimation

According to a 2001 study by Claritas four of the city's five boroughs ranked among the nation's 20 most diverse counties. Queens ranked #1, Brooklyn #3, Manhattan #7, The Bronx #17. In addition Hudson County ranked #6 and Essex County #15, both of which are part of the New York Metropolitan Area.
