Population doesn't really have anything to do with anything.

NYC has more homicides per square mile than Houston does .

Population has ALOT to do with it. Your more likely to have more crazy people, that commit random acts, because there are more people.

In no way am I trying to make crime or the hood look good or cool!!!!

I know because I had to suffer in this sh** to, me and my family was stuck in the hood, ghetto, projects or whatever you want to call it. Till we got out and I ain't going back or my Family!!!

But some of you ain't from no hood grew up like dady's little girl getten everything you ever wanted, the farthest thing from being street or hood.

And your making crazy comments and displaying idot views about the hood something you know nothing about!!!!

Some of you do know what your talking about. It just gets me mad when some rich boy who lived in the nice part of town or the suburbs and listend to Hip-Hop music (Rap) and now thinks he knows what he's talking about when discussing the Ghetto and makes stupid comments!!!!

I ain't saying any names, but you know who you are!!!!!!

Oh yeah, back to the main topic: Harlem and the South Bronx in the 1970's and 1980's is the worst looking hood I ever seen!!!

How do you compare a city like Houston with 2 million people to a city like New York who has 8 million people.

In this case your proving yourself wrong New York has more people so we got more killers than Houston.

This is not how you compare crime in cities to each other, but with your view you just made yourself loose the arguement!!!

Semi-true, its hard to compare the 2 based on population but the crazy person ain't gonna pick someone based on "per 100,000" you could get attacked 2 times in a row. More stuff goes down in NYC.

Also keep in mind where do most homicides occur?

South Bronx, East New York, Brownsville, South Jamaica and Harlem all come to mind.

Why are you still making a arguement when you give Camden and Philly credit?

Thats what i have been saying all along

Plus the fact that New York still has bad areas which you think Harlem is all peaches and cream now which is stupid.

No sir, I do not, because it's all about risk, which city are you MOST LIKELY to be a victim of murder, NYC or Houston? Look it up.
