I think that the OK Pop Museum will make Tulsa OK much more attractive to potential Transplant to the
Tulsa Metro Area of the state of Oklahoma.

If I had to choose I would say Charlotte as it seems to be a quickly growing city, plus the scenery is far better with mountains, hills, beautiful seasonal changes, and you still have the ocean nearby. What the hell's in Oklahoma?
