I vote Columbia. I find it a very pleasant town. Augusta? I have tried and tried to warm up to that city...and have failed miserably each time.

I will say that for a city its size, Augusta has some of the most aggressive panhandlers.. I mean they will follow you down the street for blocks yelling all sorts of craziness. That Richmond Summit Apartment Building located right in the heart of downtown is the epicenter of it... it's as bad if not worse then I've seen in cities 10 times the size of Augusta
