Have fun with your elitist circle jerk, thinking people care about where you live.

I think eurous1 has pretty much shot any credibility he may have had. Anyone who is thinking of taking him serious should just look at this thread to realize that he's just a clown.

When did you live in Manhattan? 1990?

Tribeca = Liberal Elite, Power-Yuppies who drive Range Rovers who MUST find a way to drop "Whole Foods" and "Organic" into each and every sentence.

Upper West Side = Mommies w/ $$ pushing strollers.

Tribeca is more expensive, fashionable, young and "elite" than the Upper West Side. Same goes for most downtown neighborhoods south of 23rd Street.

No, I do not wish to be in your shoes.

One last question. Are you buying or renting? Anyone can RENT an apartment in Tribeca
You can also rent an apartment in Beverly Hills and Palm Beach... yet they're both generally wealthy communities.

Tribeca's rents are out of reach to most.

Tribeca is not on the level with Beverly Hills

The average sales price for a Tribeca apartment is $3,555,832 and my new neighbors are very elite, to say the list.

Discuss.

That is not Tribeca. Just your usual craigslist BS bait & switch. Read closely and it says that the apartment is actually in the Financial District.

You can't even rent a studio in Tribeca for only $2,000....more like around $3,000.

Tribeca's median prices:

Studio:$3,020
One bedroom:$4,303
Two bedroom: $6,818
