Cities with beautiful rivers (not turbid, clear, clean-looking if not clean, maybe even a little blue-ish) (compared, Boston)

Some rivers running through cities aren't particularly pretty to me--I like that they're there and all, but most of them have a brownish or greyish look.
Post pics, please.

The Detroit River makes the Detroit skyline look as if it is located in Florida or Hawaii. It's very pretty, which was not what I expected when I first came to Detroit.

I was quite surprised about the Chicago River, but when I read about it it all made sense.
The water comes from Lake Michigan, not as much runoff. As a result the water flowing through is fairly clear and blue. From my office highrise I see where the river splits, and you can DEFINITELY tell the main branch coming from the lake and the smaller north branch that joins it west of downtown. The main branch is blue and pretty clear compared to the normal brown branch coming in from the north.
I also see them out there almost obsessively cleaning the river each morning. It's amazingly clear of any debris or garbage. It use to be really dirty and an embarassment, so I think when they finally paid attention to it they decided to do it right. There are now lots of geese, ducks, fish and beavers in the river. There was even an otter or two last summer downtown.

A few years back they completely re-routed the (Providence) river through Providence. Now they have Waterfire aka a large festival with bonfires and gondola rides to music on the water....
