New York and London to visit. Toronto to live. Toronto is cleaner and safer then both.

Toronto is Great. i love it. I also love NY a ton. Can't speak for London because i've never been. Between NY and TO i would have to Go with NY. i like the Vibe more and its urbanity surpasses anything i've seen. New York is unbeatable in North America for me
