Between Phoneix and Flagstaff, but I don't know much about it.
Next up is Clarksville, TN
Tennessee's 5th soon to be 4th largest city. Clarksville is a very laid back and family oriented city. It is a military town, and growing very fast. Clarksville lacks high end retail, urban residences, and infrastructure, giving it a more rural appearance than most cities its size similar to Evansville, IN in layout for example. For all of its deficiencies, Clarksville continues to attract people due to its cheap housing costs, low taxes (Kentucky side for shopping/Tennessee side for work and housing), and its relative proximity to Nashville.

Wheeling, WV
Very accurate description of Clarksville, TN. For Wheeling, WV I think scenic river town with hilly terrain. Probably a lot of history, which the towns along the Ohio River tend to have a pretty rich history.
A hypnotic mix of glamour and seediness, essentially one big Carl Hiaassen novel.
Birmingham, Alabama.
I like it down there 'cause it ain't no ham like Birmingham
I'm struttin' my stuff, ya'll
Mendocino, CA
